The School House, South Pasadena LLC is a partnership between Arteco Partners, Creative Housing Associates and J Lou Development for the redevelopment of the historic SPUSD offi ces into a mixed-use, transit-oriented village. The site is 1.9 acres, and is located at 1020 El Centro St in the heart of South Pasadena. Major frontage is on Mission Street, one block from Gold Line Station. The existing 15,000 SF historic buildings are occupied by the SPUSD as their headquarters, and are in good condition.
